Wine and Cider Tasting at the Historic Ralston Mill

Raise a glass to history and join us at the historic
Ralston Cider Mill on September 26.

This one-of-a-kind event will celebrate New Jersey history (Did you know New Jersey once grew more apples than any other state?), local artisans, and community. Along with wine and cider tasting, your ticket includes a tour of the Mill, live music, and a guided wine and chocolate pairing table featuring Mendham’s very own JA Morey Artisanal Chocolates. Ciders will be provided by Rebel Sheep, Burnt Mills, IronBound, and Dismal Harmony.

Proceeds from this fundraising event will benefit Ralston Cider Mill Museum and help Rotary raise money for scholarships for local high school seniors.

Experience the last authentic vestige of the once thriving cider and applejack industry in New Jersey. Discover the hidden still that allowed this distillery to operate through prohibition. Sense the massive stone walls and heavy timber structure built in 1848. See how water power is transferred by shafts, pulleys and belts to drive conveyors, chopper and large, powerful presses. This is the Ralston Cider Mill, the only operational cider mill functioning as a privately funded museum and educational experience for students of all ages.
